I’m the creator of Light Leader Kundalini™ and Founder of the Light Leader® Collective.

Way back in 2018 I came in HOT to the online coaching scene. I had spent 4 years trying to be ‘normal’ with my branding business and I was done being stuck in the spiritual closet.

So I burned it down.

And I created a new, revolutionary form of coaching - now known as Kundalini Coaching. My first year in business? $500,000 without paid advertising. I’ve broken all the marketing ‘rules’ and defied logic. Along the way I’ve helped thousands of women across the globe.

THE INITIATION: Months 1-3

We believe in experiential learning vs. learning from only a textbook. During this phase you will become initiated into kundalini so you can teach from a place of integrity. Once you learn how to unleash and master your own bodies wisdom, you’ll be able to provide deeper, intentional experiences for your clients to evolve within.

In these beginning months, you will understand how to move energy in your own body and become your greatest student. From this embodied place, we’ll then teach you how to evaluate the energy of your clients using our meridian mapping method™.

This allows you to understand how energy moves in the body and how it is blocking your students from achieving the success they desire. When the energy channel is blocked, the abundance will be blocked too.

You will gain a deep understanding of the bodies energy channel system and will also be taught how to dissect kundalini kriyas to align with your clients needs. Within the kriyas, you will find the meridian system. And within the meridian system, you can find the root cause of your clients blocks.

Instead of trying energy healing after energy healing, you will be certified to recommend a curated kriya or infuse curated kriya sets into your group course + programs. This allows your clients to get to the root cause of their blocks and stop using other modalities as energy bandaids/spiritual bypassing.

Your clients will leave your sessions blown away with results AND will become your biggest fans. Meaning, you’ll never have to worry about “when will my next client show up” again.

The expansion:Months 3-6

Once the initiation phase is complete, you’ll shift into our expansion phase. This means using your embodied kundalini wisdom and infuse it into your coaching or healing business.

You’ll learn how to map our multi dimensional 6 figure generating programs with kundalini at their core and craft curated kundalini immersion experiences leaving your clients activated and wanting more. Gone are the days of not knowing how to lead a meditation or kriya and praying (hoping!) you’re doing it “right”.

As you master kundalini, you’ll also gain deep knoweldge on true transformational coaching. This means understanding how to lead a coaching session or call, holding space, becoming trauma informed, and training your ear to listen to the internal + external cues of your clients so you can guide them to a breakthrough.

Through our proven Light Leader® Coaching Method, you’ll not only gain access to our Light Leader Kundalini™ Kriya Database and done-for-you lesson plans and scripts, but you’ll learn how to facilitate transformational experiences and stand out from the crowd in your industry with world renown, first class coaching methods.

This is not just about you becoming an icon… but also creating SAFE spaces for kundalini and coaching to unwind. We’ll teach you how to craft safe containers, offer feedback + processing, and bring kriyas into your programs to foster deep transformation.

GRADUATION SUBMISSION: Months 7-8

Once you have been initiated and have the tools to confidently teach Light Leader Kundalini™, you will be equipped to apply for certification.

During month 7, you’ll have the opportunity to submit all required materials to graduate and become a Certified Light Leader Coach. Our regulated process is to ensure you are ready to teach, hold space and awaken the masses using our proprietary methods. We are your biggest cheerleaders and are there for you every step of the way!

More Light Leader Coaches in the world means more healing and awakening across the globe!

During month 8, Brianna Rose + The Light Leader® Team will review all students work and will be certifying students accordingly.

teaching practicum: Months 9-12

One thing that most certifications miss out on is the supervision and teaching practicum once you are certified. We feel that this is when you’ll need us the most as you’ll be taking the teachings and sharing them with the world!

During months 9-12, you’ll have teaching supervision and access to Brianna Rose for Q + A. On these calls you can ask questions, structure programs, teaching plans… and more!

Our intention is for you to feel confident and share these teachings, not sit on another certification that doesn’t get used ;)

The supervision period is an opportunity to support you on your ascension and boldly step into your leadership as a Certified Light Leader Coach.
